The Thermaltake Water 3.0 is a good choice, another that just came out is the Fractal Design Kelvin S36 looks pretty good. The S36 is expandable AIO so you can add more rads or waterblocks to it but as of right now I haven't see too much on it since it's fairly new.

your fine with 240/280. you won't even notice the difference for your needs.

For a 360mm it should give slightly better conformance since there is more surface area than a 280mm, but for a CPU a 240/280 is usually more than enough. The 360mm will allow for similar temps of the 240/280 at a lower RPM.

but maybe ill do a aio gpu cooler but I don't know. I don't wanna use the Corsair GTX or GT so what are some other good ones if they even exist?

The corsair H105(240mm) or H110(280mm) are both good since they have thicker radiators, another one is NZXT which has their X61(280mm) but has a standard thin radiator of 25mm.
