running PSP and ps1 emulator on nexus 9

Hi guys, so I was planning to get nexus 9 and I wonder, will the nexus 9 CPU and GPU is strong enough to run PSP and ps1 games? I'm currently own nvidia shield tablet but I am plan to switch too nexus 9. Thanks in advance for everyone who help me decide

My Nvidia shield portable handles PSP and PS1 games so yes shoudl easily do it!

ahh I see, and also i currently use xbox 360 controller on my shield tablet and I all did is just connect get an usb to micro usb extender and just plug it in; will this also work with nexus 9?
