I expect atleast 30 fps, that's being nice. They recommend a gtx 660/280x. So, in that case I would compare the performance difference between the gtx 660 and the 570 and guess from there?

The time you enjoy wasting, is not wasted time.

The 1.2GB of VRAM(assuming that's how much you've got could affect the overall experience, as the textures don't really affect the FPS they just cause stuttering if you have too little VRAM for the  textures.

CPU: Intel 3570 GPUs: Nvidia GTX 660Ti Case: Fractal design Define R4  Storage: 1TB WD Caviar Black & 240GB Hyper X 3k SSD Sound: Custom One Pros Keyboard: Ducky Shine 4 Mouse: Logitech G500

On low settings you'll be fine, but GTX 570 is worth upgrading, especially if you plan to do more games out of 2015.

I get ~50-60 fps with my r9 270x on high settings, so I wouldn't count on 50-60 more like ~30.

I'm running the game just fine on a 970 at 3240 x 1920 when people said it would have trouble...

I think your 570 will be fine as long as you sacrifice a lot of settings.

We can't magically guess your exact framerate, but my guess is it will run pretty well. Especially at low/medium.

You're underestimating the 570, it shouldn't be THAT far behind a 270x.

You know the GTX 570 only has 1.2gbs vram?

If he's actually going to play on high settings, he'll get stuttering as that'll require between 1.5 and 2.5gb vram.

Standard/low will be 30-45fps I think.

But it's hard to tell your fps.. as it also depends on your CPU and other small things.

The R9 270x is equal to the GTX 660, so yea 570-660 isn't that huge of a difference.

You will find when you go into settings, It has a meter to how much vram you have to what you need.
I've got a GTX 680 2gb & can play smoothly with most settings at high or very high at 1080p.

It's just the limit of vram that's holding back the fine detail.

He said low/medium settings. For that 1gb of vram is enough. The gpu itself, while worse than the 270x, isn't so far behind that if you get 60fps on high with the 270x you'll get 30 on low...
