GTA V Nvidia shield

Hey guys,

So GTA v crashes when launched via game stream to shield portable, I understand it isn't fully supported but it did mention game streaming on the most recent nvidia driver.

Does anybody know how to get it working for the shield portable?

Is there a workaround or anything like that? I'm pretty new to shield and android so any help is appreciated.

If you have GTA V on Steam, I'd try launching Big Picture (through the SHIELD), then trying to launch it from there.

 

I'm going to want to gamestream GTA V once I get it too.

Not through steam on this one, straight through social club. Can I manually add it to steam and still big screen it or would the same error occur? I may try it though.

People on YouTube have shields running ps3 game streams so it should be able to do it right? New to shield lol.

Crashes on big picture mode too.

I'd try that, it should be doable. And shield streaming from PS3? Tell me about it. I've never heard of such a thing.

May of been ps4 I think they used some kind of APK app or something. It crashes when I try Nvidia game stream, big picture and when streaming windows desktop.

I got it working, so hopefully if any of you have a similar issue this could resolve it.

Launch via PC then just before splash screen launch on shield.

If I do it only via shield it just crashes.

If anyone has a more thorough fix please let me know, as I don't want to give myself best answer lol
