Anyone ever hear of Eluktronics? How are their machines?

Has anyone ever heard of this company? I have no idea who they are, and am having difficulties finding customer reviews. Although they have an A+ BBB rating, they are only accredited as of November 2014 and their website is also kinda crappy, leading me to think they're relatively new. Thoughts?

They are one of the companies that just buys barebone PCs and sells them rebranded with their name.

Hi everyone, I appreciate the input about our company website.  I agree it was nothing to be proud of, but selling on the Amazon marketplace occupied the majority of our traffic and time.
