Best fans/fan setup for Phanteks Enthoo Luxe?

So, I was wondering what the best fans and setup for said fans would be in the enthoo luxe? One of the mounts will have a 140mm rad in it. I already have 3 Corsair SP140s but wanted a suggestion for 3 others. I want them to be as silent as possible but at or under $20 bucks. Thanks for the help!

EDIT: I should mention I'm going to have a 4790k and Strix 970 SLI

i got the cheap o 4 pack, another member said something about them, i picked them up. i think they work great. i have them running at 800ish rpm when i play games just for some extra airflow. they make less noise per rpm than my 212 evo fan, ill be picking up their higher tier fans when i get some funds, even though i don't need them one bit.  glhf

I was looking at the cheaper version, but I'm going to get the higher tier version, I like the rubber grommets and I think they look better.

Sorry for the late reply--been a bit busy.

So you're not replacing fans but instead adding fans?--Why's that? Is the current cooling inadequate?

As per the late reply, it's fine! Anyways, a decent amount of people have been telling me with going SLI I am going to need more cooling, maybe that's wrong, I don't really know a lot about the temps with 970 SLI.... If I end up going with all six then I changed my mind and decided to go with all cougars instead of using the old ones. If something with less fans would still be fine for cooling, I am (obviousy) good with that and would probably swap them with Noctuas since I wouldn't need as many.... With the six I think I would do 4 intake 2 exhaust. Like I said, that's just from what I have been told about SLI and temps...

I'd see how temps are before preemptively buying more fans.
