What do you guys think of my rig?

Hello, i have just finished my first gaming PC, so i wanted to ask you what do you think about it.

Specs:

Intel core i5 4460

Asus z97-p

2x4GB Kingston hyper x fury red

msi GTX 760 OC edition

Sentey scp650-hm

toshiba 1tb 7200rpm

NZXT phantom white

As in my country things are a bit f****** up, even though it's not a pretty big in specifications rig, it cost me aproxximately 15000AR$(1650us$)

I also use an LG m2550d monitor

I would also like in a future to upgrade to an I7, 16 gb of ram, and a Gtx 970

Case: NZXT phantom CPU:I5-4460 GPU:MSI-GTX1070 Gaming X RAM:2x4Gb-DDR3-HyperX fury MOBO:Asus Z97-P HDD:Toshiba 1Tb 7200rpm PSU:Sentey650W

I would suggest a WD or Seagate HDD. Also, a R9 280 (The GTX960 is a rip off). Plus you don't need a Z97 motherboard for that Core i5 because it is a locked CPU. You could use something like a H97.

Also, I would replace the Case for the NZXT S340 because it is Steel instead of Plastic. Also, the Phantom is pretty crap quality.

Very near matches my reccommendation to a friend recently, but connorpiper is right, z97 is unnecessary.

I am conducting some polls regarding your opinion of large technology companies. I would appreciate your response.

if youre saying he messed up, he didnt. if you read it, he even says where he lives is different, so shits expensive af and im gonna assume there is very limited availability as well, so add that onto it and all of the sudden building a computer from scratch isnt so easy

a case thats $65 USD for us, could be the equivalent to $110 USD to him

Considering the 960 is new, I bet it was overpriced. But everything that I chose would have saved USD because of specification reasons. So, in most situations, that would be cheaper. And i'm guessing in his as well.

Unless I am (somehow) wrong.

It's certainly pricey for what you got, and the Z board is totally unnecessary, but if it all works well for what you need then good on you.  It's really difficult for us in north america to determine how well someone did on their build when there might be extreme limitations to what they were even able to do in the first place.

I had some good experience with toshiba HDD. My budget couldn't afford any better graphics card, r9 280x costed like 2000ar$ more. And the case, I initially wanted a Sentey wolf, but it wasn't in stock anywhere, and this one was on sale.

I actually put an edit, i'll probably swap to an unlocked i7, to a 970 and 16gb of ram

16GB of RAM is probably not necessary if you're just focusing on gaming.  The 970 would be a big upgrade though.  Also, I would consider the 4690k if you want to overclock!

The 960 costed 55 more dollars, and the performance was not that different

The i7 and 16GB upgrades would be wastes of money. The GTX 970 would make an enormous difference in gaming though. It's outstanding for 1080p gaming.
