keyboard keep pressing random key

so this morning i turn on my pc and my keyboards keep pressing random key and my mouse scroll not working 

anyway to fix this ?
i try with my wireless keyboard mouse still same issue are this windows issue ?
btw my windows is 8

what keyboard and mouse?

have you tried reinstalling the drivers and firmware?

have you tried different USB ports?

have you tried turning it off and on again?
