Windows 7 "Manage wireless networks" bugged

I seem to be having some issues with the Manage wireless networks page, from what I've seen so far this does not happen on any other page.

I use windows 7 home premium 64-bit.

 

 

 

I have not run a virus scan yet, though am about to with both Avast and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

 

Any idea whats causing this?
