Mc_Joker

So first of I want to start with that I love the channel!

So I've got a pc now but it's not that great annymore. So I will post what I've got now in my pc. then what I will be getting:

Old pc(current one):

Processor: AMD phenom II 1060T

Ram: 8 GB Dual DDR3 @ 803 MHz

Motherboard: AsusTek Computer INC. CM1831 (AM3R2)

GPU: 1 GB GeForce GTX 650 Asus

Harddisk: 1 TB Seagate (Sata)

What I will be getting:

Processor: Intel Core i5-4590 Boxed

Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.Sniper B6

GPU: Inno3D GeForce GTX 960 2GB Ultra

PowerSupplie: Seasonic S12II-Bronze 620W

SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB

And a new case: NZXT H440 Zwart/Groen

And a cooler for my cpu: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Things I will get out of current Pc to the new one:

Ram

Harddisk

So it will cost around 800 euro.

And I was wondering if there is something better but in the range of 800 euro.

Hope to see some reactions with good tips.

Thanks in advance,

Joker

Looks good if you're not overclocking.  Though I think that PSU might be overkill, could probably be fine with a 500w.

Well, I just did some searching and I have a geforce now and I like it.

And I've heard that AMD is not the best.. but do you have something better with the same price but then in AMD?

You mean that with an AMD CPU and NVIDIA GPU ?

AMD is good at GPUs, they are bad at CPUs.

Okay, But it will not harm my Pc if I use 620w instead of less? Because I was thinking of using sli or crossfire.

Okay, I did some searching and these are the cards I've found:

Sapphire R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 Vapor-X

&

SAPPHIRE DUAL-X R9 285 2GB GDDR5 (UEFI)

The 2 above are in my price range. Do you have something better with Crossfire, please post it here.

These are a bit to expensive but if the other 2 are not good I will go for one of these:

Sapphire R9 290 4GB GDDR5 OC TRI-X

Or

Gigabyte GV-R929OC-4GD

GTX 960 will beat the 285, the 280X will be a bit better. It's all about squeezing in with the budget.

Here is a build I came up with, its in USD but this converts to a little under 800 Euros. I don't know the availability and pricing and such, but this is an idea

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690K 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor  ($226.78 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus Z97-P ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($109.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: Crucial MX100 256GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($108.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB SuperSC ACX 2.0+ Video Card  ($197.92 @ Amazon)
Case: Antec Three Hundred Two ATX Mid Tower Case  ($59.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $836.40
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

CPU: G3258 @ 4GHz GPU: Gigabyte GTX 960 OC RAM: 8GB G.Skill DDR3 1600 SSD: Corsair LS 120GB Case: Antec GX500 Mouse: Logitech G402 Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Headphones: Shure SRH440 Microphone: That Zalman Zm-Mic1 that everyone recommends but noone uses

Remember when the R9 280 was the HD 7950? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

I like some stuff. but I want a green themed pc.

Because I have only stuff from razer. And that motherboard is green too so that would be a nice additon.
