Depends on the price. I'd say 4790k rather than 4770k. Also depends on what you plan to use them for. If it's just gaming, the performance would get a good bump but the cost will be quite high. Why don't you post what you got already and it can then be appraised properly.

What else is in your system? What case? What RAM? What PSU? What storage devices? What CPU cooler?

Also where are you getting that mobo for £100 from?

Lol. No I don't think an upgrade will serve you all that well. Just overclock the balls off your CPU. That system is still seriously good shit, particularly since the WC will reduce the thermal problems of the FX line.

You also didn't tell me where you found that deal on a £100 Z97X SOC Force.

You watercooled your RAM? Lel.

Friend decided that his 4790k ( already sold it ) is not enough for him and went with new i7 6 core proccesors and he is willing to hold the motherboard for me. Thats why I was thinking about getting new CPU.

You could do it, provided you pick up that mobo for £100 and a 4790k https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i74790k

But then that begs the question, what would you do with the 8320 and Crosshair V Formula. Make a new system, or sell?

First i was thinking about another GPU SLI. But my CPU may be bottlenecking.

I would probably sell the FX 8320 and the Motherboard

I just noticed you didn't tell me what PSU you have, that's rather important for more than one GPU setup. If you can find another 780 on the cheap to put in SLI then that's great. Although selling the FX board and cpu means you need to get another WB for your new CPU doesn't it? This is gonna cost more than £350 methinks.

True

I will have to get new PSU. With the waterblock I will need just new Mounting ( 15£ )
