I'm not sure that I've heard of 4.00 memory before.

How is the 4GB in your current spec laid out? 1x4gb stick? or 2x2gb sticks? If it's 1x4gb stick, get another that is the same, if not then you need to get better RAM and sell what you got.

Skip the RAM and case you have £439 worth of upgrades to purchase. But I need to know if your case is mATX or a normal ATX case. mATX cases wouldn't support the MSI Gaming 970 mobo.

The performance benefits of going from the 8320 to the 4440 probably isn't worth the cost to upgrade.

I'd recommend you get the mobo which will allow for a better overclock. Your current mobo won't overclock that much. The case is half the cost of the Sharkoon. The PSU will allow for future SLI. The RAM is the cheapest 8GB solution in the UK at present, and you can get another in the future to have 16gb. The cooler is cheaper than the Hyper 212 and will perform similarly, since they're both 120mm tower coolers. Once you get them, you can sell your current mobo, RAM, PSU and even case, which should ease the cost of the upgrades and maybe even facilitate the cost of an SSD.
