Does anyone know of a macro mechanical keyboard extension that I can program specific actions to. Like a row or 4 keys on a separate board through USB.

The Razer Orbweaver Elite may be what you're looking for, it has 20 mechanical keys and some added functionality but it's the only thing that comes to mind right now.

I was thinking of something really simple like a 4 key row just so I can have media functionality with my 60% keyboard.
