Pump Search!

I am on the search for an inexpensive variable speed pump, with 3/8inch fittings.

I have 2x240mm rads, a small res, 280x and a 4690k all wanting to be cooled.

Any good reccomendations?

Laing D5/Swifttech MCP-655 is a very powerful pump and should serve your needs, but I can't remember whether it's got those fittings, but there's probably a pump top to go with it

Edit: @ChipMcGunk , I got the links

If looks aren't important to you, you can just stretch the 3/8" tubing over the fittings on this pump: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-142-XS&groupid=962&catid=2141&subcat=2142

If they are however, you can use these: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-141-XS&groupid=962&catid=2141&subcat=2142https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-208-EK&groupid=962&catid=2141&subcat=2143 https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-109-XS&groupid=962&catid=1529&subcat=2587

These parts  could probably be swapped out for other things, especially the second option, as the colours don't match at all (and the pump top is a bit expensive actually :S )

*Please take everything I say with a grain of salt, I've never done watercooling, so I could be wrong. Any other members, feel free to correct me*

Just to give you some more options, the Laing DDC pump is often cheaper than the D5 and just as reliable. It will be enough for your loop. It runs hotter than the D5 though, (as it is air cooled, not watercooled like the D5).

Feel free to PM for any water-cooling questions. Check out my profile for more ways to contact me.
