Call your ISP or something? Maybe they are working on something

You need to determine if its network or internet related first.

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

Your ISP could be throttling your connection to stop you from using too much bandwidth.

Perform a speed test on a nearby server and if the connection speed is unstable then, you're probably being throttled.

It's also probable that someone else is using your connection to perform attacks.

You should probably download freemeter and monitor your connection just in case.

Well your ISP sucks I guess.

Try eliminating factors by using different cables or PC's.

hmm i should not be getting throttled i get 3 tb a month and this

and all the ip's on my network are accounted for and freemeter dosent show anything that would contribute
