Nope.

The 870M would be on par with the R9 270X, I think, or slightly less powerful.

Why would you sell your build? It's pretty good.

Need a laptop? Get something portable and rather cheap.

No.

And no, unless you need something portable it doesn't make any sense to get a laptop.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

Homeboy I bought the Y50 4k edition and had to return it everytime you watch a video (Youtube vid, Facebook whatever) be it on chrome or any other browser it stutters its shaky drove me nuts and another thing Lenovo makes $$$ off you by selling your data to snap fish so have fun if you buy that cheap ass computer

0/10 if you ask me the display was nice but that was the only thing i liked

That 1TB SSD would be equal to the cost of your rig or even more.

Upgrade your desktop if u lack power ! For what u would pay for that laptop u can buy new GPU and i7 CPU if needed and blow that laptop through the roof in performance.

If u need portability and it is a NEED not a WANT kind off thing then be my guest, all fine by me :)

You should definitely keep your rig. It is pretty darned good compared to the y50.

But if you really need something portable go for the gtx 960m version of the y50.It will cost you a hundred bucks more but the IPS display( compared to the TN on gtx 860m version) is totally worth it.Plus you get slightly better GPU and CPU(i7 4720 ) too.

The 860m will be rather much worse than the 760 desktop, the 270x is about on par with the 760.

never use GPUBoss to compare GPUs

use actual tech site benchmarks

also

desktop GPUs are more powerful than the mobile counterpart

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
