Corsair fans are decent, they're around $15 a piece. Also Rosewill Hyperborea get a lot of recommendations around here, check those out as well.

OP wants it to be 15$

I couldn't tell if he meant all together or per fan lol

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Fair warning, you may find some cheap ($9/each) fans from Cooler Master on newegg. DO.NOT.BUY.THEM! Do they fan? yes. Do they fan well? no. They are sleeve bearings and will wear out in 1 year or less if mounted in any orientation other than vertically. They do not react well to heat (IE: don't use them on or behind a CPU heatsink), and they emit a high-pitch 'whine' if the PC is plugged in but turned off. Spend more $ on a fan and get something nicer. I learned my lesson. >.< (Corsair fans might be good; the stock ones in the 450D are ok so far. Noctua's fans are also great, but more like $20/fan :/)

Cougar has some decent fans, only problem is that their hydro dynamic bearing (only on some fans) doesn't like being mounted horizontally.

It would help to list your specs and what the fans would be used for.

What kind of dollars are you using?

There's little point listing your budget in USD when you're not using that currency. Much of what's recommended is dependent on pricing.

System specs?

Where are you shopping/located? Budget?

Are you looking for case fans? Are you using an aftermarket cooler?

Britain, Shopping of Ebuyer and Amazon, budget per fan is < £10 - £12 pound per fan, Yes they will be case fans And I will be using a stock CPU cooler while I consider water-cooling but it is not top priority
