Good fan controller and fans 20+!

I need a good looking but more important functional fan controller. i also need some really good fans. noise doesn't bother me at all so i just want performance. literally they could be leaf blowers for all i care. i dont want to be spending $30 per fan though as i need at least 20 possibly more. what would you recommend though? what fan controller would i be able to use for so many fans? and btw it's not a server or anything, just a really big computer.

Just a normal guy with a constant desire to modify everything he owns.

Noctua redux are the best. What case do you have that holds 20 fans

its a 900d. im watercooling and have a ton of radiators and other places to mount fans. i want as many as i can get lol.

Akasa apache/rosweill hyperborea are some really good cheaper radiator fans tat I'd recommend getting, or maybe something like silverstone AP121 if you can get them cheap enough. Also, for a fan hub you should look at the NZXT grid or two, with fan splitters.
