Cleaning plastic on old PlayStation 1

So I just found my old PlayStation 1 and wanted to put it up on the wall for a little decoration, but I noticed that the plastic has darkend over the years, and I was wondering how I could clean it to look like it did when I got it... if it is even possible?

 

I really want it to look like it's best when i put it up, so I hope it is possible without damaging the plastic.

This guy makes some good (retro) console cleaning guides.

 

He suggested Orange Pledge for the outside plastic.
