best convertible/ultrabook under 400

I upped my budget for a school laptop and I can't decide what to get, I was looking at the dell Inspiron 11 3000 or the yoga 2 11 but I know there's others out there and I can't seem to decide what computer to get. I don't mind used laptops or laptops that are a couple years old, as long as the battery and performance are good. The only requiredments i have are nothing above 13.3 inches and the battery has to last at least 6 hours for school and I would choose a more powerful older laptop as long as it meets the requirements than a brand new one with a slower performance , I'm willing to make certain exceptions with the battery life if the laptop has a dedicated GPU though , thanks to whoever post I just really can't make up my mind. Oh and yes sited like eBay are allowes
