Powder Coating an Nvidia Shroud and Decals

So, I'm interested in powder coating the shroud of a 780 Ti. I did a test with plasti dip. I'd kinda like this to be done properly hence my leaning toward powder coating.

 

First thing is can you powder coat it? (I believe it is already powder coated)

 

Secondly, how do I go about making decals such as the 780 Ti writing (I want to replace it). I will probably end up using the same thing for another build.

It's made of metal so power coating will work, it needs to be statically charged when the powder coating is applied. As for the 780ti embossed letters you can repaint them by hand, or masking and doing a light spray paint coat to highlight the logo.
