how to control visuals on multiple monitors from a program

Hey guys (and girls) on LTT forums, I was wondering if there was a program that could control visuals on multiple screens for a dj/stage visuals setup. thanks!  :)

so a lighting controller? 

I mean screens (tv screens) that can display different graphics and video loops from a program controlled control panel
