$1800 build. Any suggestions with it?

I would get the 970 from Amazon, it's a lot cheaper than what PCPartPicker says

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Get a new CPU cooler like the H100i, Lepa is a joke. And save some money without the SP120s.

Also you may want to get a higher wattage PSU in case you SLI in the future.

Reasoning for the motherboard?

Why no SSD?

which one do you recommend for about $80?

I dont see the point in the monitor.

Yeah sure it's a really nice monitor but shouldn't he worry about getting a good system since it's easy to work a new monitor into it

Yeah, that's probably more sensible. But who does that these days? :D JK

Swapped cooler for a non water cooler type. As someone who used an AIO before, I think non water cooler types are better. Swap the noctua fans out for something red if you want to keep your theme red.

Swapped mobo for a cheaper one. Works the same.

Swapped RAM for something cheaper. 8GB is plenty unless your doing video editing and stuff like that. Swapped RAM for something cheaper and slightly better. Same 16GB.

Added an SSD for boot drive.

Swapped HDD for a cheaper one. Works the same.

Swapped PSU out for something cheaper and better. Enough for SLI in the future.

Photo or video?

And when I said save money without the SP120s I mean just don't get them. (Stock fans do pretty good)
