Better to have 1 good intake or 1 good exhaust fan?

i'd say intake, because of positive air pressure. oh, and slap a fan filter on it if possible.

depends on what airflow orientation you have... what other fans do you have in your case if any?

I currently have 3 exhausts + 2 Intakes.

positive pressure is better, so add an intake

Positioning of fans is more important than the quantity.

A good rule of thumb is to always have an extra intake fan in order to create positive airpressure in the case. Make sure the intakes are filtered! Otherwise it's basically pointless :)
