If you require a cheap 8 core CPU (technically the FX 8 cores aren't proper full cores but whatever), then get a cheap one, don't pay for a fission reactor. Buy a normal one and overclock it yourself, and hopefully using less volts.

 

Also the monitor I added is just there until the truly decent Free-sync monitors come out in all their glory, which you need to wait for.

I'm in the same boat as you, many have said that the 9590 is not as good as an i5 4690 or say it will overheat ,and I can't decide which CPU to get. However, your build looks nice and will run well. Can I suggest perhaps a better GPU if you can afford it?
