Will H105 mount to the top of a Phantom 820?

Hello all,

 

I recently purchased a corsair H110, which I attempted to mount on the top of my phantom 820.  Unfortunately only 6 out of the 8 screws align with mounting to the top.

 

I was wondering if anyone knows if the H105 will mount and align with the top of a phantom 820?

why would it really be that much of an issue of only 6 of the 8 lined up. As long as screws on the diagonals line up the thing should be held it well enough.

Desktop -  i5 4670k, GTX 770, Maximums VI Hero, 2X Kingston Hyper X 3k in raid zero.

Laptop - Lenovo X230 Intel 535 480GB, 16GB Gskill memory, Classic Keyboard Mod, Triple USB 3.0 Express Card.
