My first Build!

Hi Everyone!
This is my first post and my first build. I would love some feedback from you more experienced guys out there. I did reach my budget and a little over, so i won't be able to make much of an upgrade atm, but maybe you could still give me some tips on what i should focus more on in the future.

What i will use it for:

Rendering videos for Youtube, Livestreaming and Playing games while recording them.

The games i generally record: Counter Strike: Global Offensive and Minecraft. I would like 60+ fps when recording and streaming them.

Specs:

CPU:

Get a Gigabyte g1 gaming 970 instead of the strix card, due to better power delivery resulting in higher overclock and more performance.Change that cpu to an i5-4440 or something similar and a z97 board and for Lord Gabens sake use pcpartpicker.

edit:That ssd is bad really bad, google for more info on it,and are you sure you want to buy that case since airflow might be an issue unless you are a silent rig/0 airflow person.

Umm, Hyper-Threading only support i3 and i7.

-snip-

First of all, you should use PCPartPicker.com, so it's easier for us to see it all and edit.

Second of all, I would (highly) advice against the AMD FX CPU route and you should go for an Intel Core i5 CPU.

Something like a i5 4440 or even an i3 CPU. (If you change CPU, you have to change your motherboard too)

Also, I heard the Asus Strix GTX 970 is not as good as the others.

Go for MSI, Gigabyte or even EVGA.

Otherwise you can look into AMD R9 290(X) GPU's too.

i have to agree with the above, get an i5, i was determined to make my first build an amd 8350, but after much research, and its hard for me to say because im such a big fan of amd, the i5 is a better choice, more cores doesnt mean a stronger cpu, on top of that get a samsung 850 series ssd, ive heard on this forum that kingston ssd have had problems

good luck with the first build

I've made some changes http://pcpartpicker.com/p/sDfDFT

I will buy a watercooler once i get the money, but i dont know if the Ram is good enough for streaming?

Your RAM is more than enough, it actually takes quite a bit running to fill up that much memory. I'm a tab fiend and I have never come close to using half of it, even when gaming at the same time. You can by all means upgrade it later, but there's not a whole lot of point to more RAM unless you're doing things like rendering.

8GB will be more than enough for a very, very long time.
