4k Build Help

I recently saw the video Linus did on the 4k build for $1000 while looking for some part picking help and things of that nature.  I did not realize that 4k could be done in that price range and most of the games show in the video I play.  I have a slightly larger budget than the one in that video around $1200 - $1400 if anyone could just show me some possibilities that would be great even if it is only slightly better than what he showed in the video. Monitor should not be included in the price. Thanks

295X2's are a great deal now. Watercooled 290X's on the same board is solid. Though having this PC without an SSD is a little bit insane to me. Could probably do without the full tower but the card is pretty large so I put that in to ensure it would fix.

http://www.legitreviews.com/amd-radeon-r9-295x2-8gb-video-card-review-at-4k-ultra-hd_138950/11 Runs pretty cool. Watercooling will have that effect.

My friend owns one, his room raises about 3 or 4 degrees celsius after a long gaming session with both of our PC's in his room. Outperforms Titan's too
