Any cheap CHEAP Capture card for dual PC setups?

             Ok, first I wan't someone to explain how I do dual PC setups.. 1 handles the gaming, the other handles streaming.. I understand at least the one that handles the streaming needs a "Capture Card" I wanna know how I do this.. and yes I have a 3 month license to Xsplit.

 

           First off, I know this sounds stupid.. but its better for my own sake.. I plan on using a system with some ivy bridge pentium handle the streaming.. and take all of the load off of my gaming pc so I can use all of my I3-4150 for gaming.  I can't take any capture cards that isn't CHEAP. I mean dirt cheap, maybe ebay.. just somthing that gets the  job done.. I wan't a pcie card if possible.. I was looking on ebay.. but Idk which one actually works for what I need it for.. once I'm done... If I don't already find out on youtube. I really would like it if someone described how to use a setup like this.. Thanks

so...you wanna capture your gameplay on 1 pc..and stream it to like twitch on another?

As far as i know, any pc capture card would work. You put the video output from the gaming pc into the capture card, then put the capture card usb or whatever cord into the streaming pc. You run the game on gaming pc, and run the streaming program on the streaming pc. The Elgato game capture card looks good, although if you really want it to be cheap then you may as well just stream directly from the gaming pc.

I think on ebay were I am looking for cheap capture cards.. there is some that I'm getting confused for tv tuner cards... Because some literally say "TV TUNER" somewhere in it
