Will there be any problems when I uprade my W7 32bit to 64bit?

I want to upgrade my PC from Windows 7 32bit to Windows 7 64 bit, allowing em to use my full 8 GB of RAM.
I just want to know if there will be any problem, because I have noticed that my programs run on 32bit. so will I have to update/re-install all my programs or is that unnecessary?
And I have checked my CPU (Intel i5-3330 3ghz quad core) and it is capable of 64bit, so will there be any problems?

Everything will work fine. You'll be able to utilize all of your RAM and then you'll be able to run 64-bit programs.

Theoretically, yes. Your mileage may vary, but it's very, very likely to work.

Yeah, you need to do full reinstall for this. So it doesn't matter if software don't work right away. All 32bit software will work, same to all 64bit software. For things where you can select which to use, you need to create shortcut from 64bit launcher. In BF4s case its option in Origin. With older laptops there can be problems with drivers, but modern desktops don't have that.

You need to do a clean driver install etc but everything else will be fine .

Save whatever is important to you in a different partition and then simply format it trough the windows 7 64 bit installation itself.

You have to do a clean install to go from 32 bit to 64 bit.  So you will have to reinstall all your software.
