Anywhere to get resources for practice with video editing?

As the title says, I want to get into video editing but I do not have anything to edit, bit of an issue, eh?

But yeah, looking for normal video's to edit hopefully HD :)

Many Thanks,

Josh

Download random footage off of youtube?

Or take your camera and start filming? It can be a phone too, you just need to learn how to edit it not make it a film.

Issue with using youtube clips is that they are already editied.

Open Source Movies, also called Open Content Movies or simply Open Movies are, as the name suggests, movies that enable the end user to view and edit the production materials

Check some of them here

Download feature films and recut them! Like recut Kill Bill to be chronological. Same with Pulp Fiction. Otherwise, just make something!

Yes, a good idea could be to take footage form your favorite movies and make your own trailers!
