Squeezin' FPS

waggythegeek

I have a Lenovo g500s touch (i7-3632qm, 8gigs, GT720m) and I really wanna play titanfall. I am just a few fps short of being able to move fast enough to be competitive. I have all the settings down to minimum. is there any way to squeeze a few more FPS out? is overclocking safe on this machine? titanfall equivalent of minecraft's optifine? Or am I just screwed until I finish my build?

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

First: DONT OVERCLOCK

second: have you tried turning down the texture filtering setting that usually helps??

If all the settings are at minimum at your native resolution then you're only option really is to lower the resolution.
