How do I Increase 106% GTX 970 Power Limit?

I purchased a Zotac GTX 970 Extreme Core edition card a while back, and have just recently started overclocking it.

The power limit won't go past 106%, and after speaking to the Zotac rep. I found that adjusting the voltage doesn't actually effect the stability of the overclock with the new way Nvidia cards handle voltage. Upon further investigation I have discovered the overclocking potential of this card to be entirely dependent on power limit, and not over-voltage. The sad part is, I'm only able to get the core to around 1.5 Ghz ( 1500 Mhz ) because the power limit only goes up to 106% in MSI afterburner and all other overclocking software I've tried.

I booted up the default Vbios in Maxwell BIOS tweaker and saw this in the power section: LDGz3bW.png

What setting should I change to bump the power limit up to 115% or 120%?

I was wondering the same thing. I have a reference gtx 970 with 106% power limit and +87mv and I can only get up to 1560 on the core until it crashes... I have the fan speed up so the temps stay low too! My asic quality is around 75%. Is this the the max oc I can get without bios hacks/water cooling?

depending on your pcb if there are higher end models using the same pcb you can just flash the drivers associated with that card
