help with xsplit

sorry i didnt know where to post this but when i use xsplit to stream  my game is nver the full screen on any game its has black bars around it on the stream but no on my moniter the only way i found to make it full is to turn keep aspect raito off but then its not in aspect so its looks bad is there anoter way to fix this? when i used my laptop becase when that was all i had it was full screen and my moniter is 

1280x1024 if that helps

I found your problem...You are trying to display a 4:3 resolution in a 16:9 player

 

basically your monitor is potato

Not really. Only way is to set input to resize image. It will be harder to encode and will look worse since it will be stretched. Solution is to get better monitor.
