GTX 970 Memory wont OC keeps resetting to +0 soon as i hit apply

I have a Zotac AMP! Omega GTX 970 with a AMP! Extreme HSF and sometimes like today I cant OC the memory. When I move the slider and hit apply it resets back to +0. I have OC this GPU with no problems at all then out of the blue it does this. Its happened a few times. Don't know what I done to fix it before. Its not getting hot at all. I've restarted the computer I'm not moving it much but it don't matter how much I move it it still resets. The card works great but I get a +10 to 20 frame rate gain. I've tried MSI After Burner, ASUS GPU Tweak, FireStorm. I've tried them all. WTF is going on?
