212 EVO or Cheap 120mm Asetek on a 5820k?

Yeah... I have a 212 EVO with Cougar PWM push-pull and I never get more than 50 degrees under load. I just have an extra 120mm AIO laying around from my old pre-built. Would it be worth it to swap them out? The 212 EVO is silent. I would only put the Asetek on if I would get better temps and could overclock more than the 3.8 I have with the auto tuning on my board. Thanks, guys.
