don't need thermal paste hyper 212 evo comes with it, don't need sound card as it is literally 0% better than your motherboard's at 10$.

No... you are spending way to much for what you have.  Example:  that 750W PSU is way too much.  You could get away with 300w-400w easily.

Definitely go with either the i3 4130 or the i5 4440 then. 

 

You don't need an SSD right away as it does not improve your FPS performance.

 

Grab a single stick of 8 GB RAM so you have the room to add a second 8GB if you ever need it.

 

@Jasonlim What is your budget for this PC?  $700?

 

@Jasonlim Do you need a blue ray, and do you need wireless?

the budget is around 800, yeah i am using wireless in my home, and the modem and everything is in my mom's room so yeah
