So I'm looking for a dock speaker that supports iPhone with the lighting port, it'd be nice if it has some sort of surround effect and under £150 ($220).

Just buy good speakers and an iPhone dock. I recommend the Bose Companion 20, but they're a bit over your price range.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

The Kicker iK5BTL may be a decent option for that price.
