PC Parts that you can't part with?

So I was inspired by this post to do this thread:

 

I have tons of old tech parts but I have two items that are dear to my heart,It's not exactly old tech, but I have officially retired two of my HD7950's, this is their new permanent homes.

 

 

 

 

For me, well i don't know, I haven't really retired anything yet (I am close to retiring my 750 ti) but I predict that I will preserve my whole first pc and maybe make a wall mounted case

I suppose I could retire my GT520 that's running my second monitor, which I only use for Netflix/youtube/internet browsing.

 

Only use it so I wont pull ANY resources off of my 970 for non gaming stuff.

Damn this is a hard question, pretty much every single part from before 2000, I've got a lot of rare stuff (except my 5.25" drive-it got lost in my last move  ).

Im going to go a little oppostie here the one thing I hate, my GPU (750 ti) I hate it because I learned that if I waited/saved more I could have gotten a much better amd card or the 960

My very first case. Antec DF-35. I'm thinking of doing a case mod and building a 2012-era system in it since that is when I bought it. Ideally, I will build the original system that I ran in it, but I know I won't be able to find all the parts, and I know that it wasn't anything to brag about!

Definitely my 465s. My primary 465 is the lone survivor of my original LGA775 beast machine and it is the most important and meaningful piece of circuitry I own. The other two 465s are simply silicon cousins to MY 465. Sure I would love them and would hate to lose them, but if they did die or I did lose them it wouldn't be the end of the world.

I was sad selling my pair of 650ti's as they were my first semi decent GPU's after becoming a super adulty earny man. Those MSI coolers were good looking. Apart from that, it's all useless cables.

I do, I love them, for me it's a part of a culture, anyone can have digital copies on a hdd, but a shelf of dvds will always be more impressive.  That and I can lend them to friends without stupid DRM or being limited to watching only on certain devices or any of the other crap that goes with digital downloads.
