don't waste your time. it's not worth it. and really not worth it for a low end card and definitely not worth it on a card you're afraid of losing.

For the 5000 series keep a close eye on temps. those things toasty. Just start by increasing your clock speed slightly around +50Mhz to see stability by benchmarking and keep going until you find it start to artifact or drop back to base clock, once that occurs pull back around 10-20Mhz and do the same for the memory. You can try increasing core voltage to get better stability or try to overclock more but becareful since temps can go up very quick especially on a reference coolers.

I have a 5870 which I retired but it had a locked core voltage and restricted BIOS but was able to  max the CCC settings to 900MHz on the core and 1300Mhz on the memory no issues. not that amazing but it was better than nothing.

underneith its identical to a 5670 so what I would do is just jump straight to 750mhz without touching any voltages (even if you could) which is 25mhz under a 5670.
run furmark on the 720p preset and look for artifacts, be ready to Cross it off if you see artifacts though.
im going to assume it's not going to though as the 5670 got rebranded and a little extra added and became the 6670 which i had and that was around 820-900mhz stock on the same process and other 6000 series cards even went up to 1000mhz with more voltage..but not your card so lets not get carried away.

jump to 750 and test with furmark for maybe a minute or 2 and if you dont see artifacts then try with unigen heaven on a low/medium 720p preset and look for artifacts in that, again dont worry about benching just let it run for maybe a minute.
if after those 2x 2minutes tests its fine bump it 10mhz and do it again.

keep doing this testing and bumping up, it might get to 800mhz so could take half an hour.
when you first see an artifact (a black triangle once in a while or black squares sometimes) dial it back.
if your at 790mhz dial it back to 775 or something, if 810 mhz maybe dial it back to 800...you know what i mean.

this is how i started overclocking and lower end cards are sometimes just de-clocked higher end cards and turn out to be great overclockers (more like re-clocking than over clocking)
let me know how you get on, i havent had a 5570.
oh and your rams real rated speed is likely 1000mhz so that will likely be worth setting too but test it seperately at 950mhz first just in case. that'll improve memory bandwidth 10%ish
going from 650mhz to 750mhz is around 15.3% so...
30fps>34.6
40fps>46
50fps>57..

this will give you some insight

I've tried 800 MHz core and 690 MHz mem

no purplish thing coming out, should I boost the core more a bit ?

on furmark the bottom kinda move out of place sometimes, is that bad ?

If it's artifacting or tearing really badly yeah it's basically pushed it's limits then, if you haven't already you can try putting a bit more voltage into the core but don't over do it, keep an eye on temps. The best is to try playing some games and testing things out since sometimes a benchmark may not fail but a game may fail the overclock for one reason or another, make sure it's stable in basically all situations.

It gain 1 fps lol. Is it worth ocing this card

If the gain is minimal in the games or workloads that you place into it then probably not, it'd fair better as a space heater in this cold winter than performance gain unfortunately.
