If there are any particular parts of your machine that you want to benchmark you can just look up popular softwares for doing so. Every piece of equipment has a benchmark and someone else has done it so you have points of reference.

With Intel chip XTU benchmark. CINEBENCH, Novabench, AllBenchmark (aka Catzilla). Check your max temps after benchmark with OpenHardwareMonitor or similar.
