Xenoverse will connect on shield but not on PC?

I dont really know what to say about this problem.

It connects fine on my shield but as soon as i use my actual computer it either takes forever to connect or just doesnt

My problem is when i use my shield it connects fine, but i cant even get on unless i go in offline mode on my pc

That is very weird... I am unable to connect to the game server on my PC as well, but I don't have a shield to try it with. I have to go offline mode to play too...

It does take a while to connect. Sometimes it takes me two or three tries before I manage a connection. Sometimes it connects flawlessly. 

 

The servers are still rather unstable despite the recently maintenance to reinforce it. I think they didn't expect this good of a reception in the West.
