Is this a good mic and headphone setup:

What do you need it for? if you just need a mic for gaming with friends, get a mod mic :)

@Darkman's mod mic and another LTT who I can't remember their name has a shitty mod mic, sounds like crap.  :(

 Talking to friends and using teamspeak. But me and my friend are planing on making videos for youtube?

Should be ok to start out with, not much else you can really do on that budget
