stalker is great even if a bid old by now but on moddb you can find the lost alpha mod that ads tons of new stuff.

I class CS:GO as an exclusive as the Xbox version is about as dead as a Dodo and hasn't been updated since the start.

vice city is not a pc exclusive,  heck I have it on my iPhone 

Vice City is also on PS2 and Xbox

It also is available on PC, OS X, iOS, Android, PSN. Heck it is also on Fire OS

Spiral knights. Most fun in a coop game and hold my second most hours on steam.

But my vote goes to Blizzard games like WoW and especially Starcraft 2.

Counter Strike also but it's an FPS and consoles have FPS too.
