Google Chrome using 100% memory

OmniPerfect

My Google Chrome runs fine for the first 10 or so minutes but then it will drastically increase and become unbelievably frustrating and difficult to use. Low frame rates, videos just stop for multiple seconds then resume, and everything generally is just terrible. My laptop is a POS acer  with no graphics card and only 2.2Ghz intel processor, but I would like to know how to fix this issue if possible. I believe it is something to do with the flash player and I've tried updating Chrome and re-installing it but to no effect and my drivers are all also up to date. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. (P.S. I think acer makes good laptops mine is just cheap and old :D)

How much RAM do you have?

Chrome eats RAM for breakfast, you know..

Chrome eats ram only thing you can do is close Chrome while gaming or adding more RAM memory.

I have 6GB of DDR3 Ram and I really enjoy using the chrome browser so I would like to continue using it. I'm building a Desktop at the moment so it's not a huge issue as it will be complete soon but it's something I'm curious about and would like to know the solution. Also it doesn't just start and get worse and worse, it suddenly becomes bad and when watching the process, one of the chrome process' goes up tenfold in about 3 seconds.
