Because you are using VGA? Is your monitor plugged in via displayport to your GPU?

Have you installed the drivers?

Because you're using generic drivers. Learn how to install Windows.

I should really make a "How to install Windows" Guide...

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

You need to install the Nvidia drivers to get a higher resolution than that.

Either way, why can't you connect to the internet?

And can't you download them from the PC you're on now and put them on a thumb drive?

"Learn how to install windows" -You

Questioning intelligence is saying something like "If you cant get it on your own, just go home." Or maybe saying something like "Ha ha, you're stupid you didn't install your drivers you dummy". I just said "learn how to install Windows" which is a suggestion to solve his/her problem.
