Your build seems mosty black with some blue (on the gpu)/ yellow (on the ram). i would recommend going with blue led's and just make sure they don't get in the way of anything. +1 On the build btw.

Edit: If you were really picky you could choose a different kind/ brand of ram that wa black/ blue and not black/ yellow.

My Main PC:

CPUi5 3570k CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper T4 Motherboard: Asus p8z77-v pro  RAM: Crucial Balistic 2x4gb  GPU: Two PNY GTX 680's in SLI Case: Some rando Antec one  PSU: Thermaltake 1000w  Display: HP Elite Display 321i 23''  Storage: Samsung 840 Evo 128gb, Seagate Barracuda 1tb

Black and Green is good. If you're gonna add LED, I suggest not to put that much, maybe only at the fans in front and inside (top and back). And you're good with the bitfenix pro led fans

If you want to show off the colors of the hardware then the best LED colour to get is WHITE, if you do decide to go with white I suggest you go with a single colour strip and not RGB.

Single color strips use pure white diodes (either a cool white with a hint of blue or cool white with a hint of yellow/gold) When using RGB to display white it will use all 3 diodes to display white, so it will use Red, Green, and Blue diodes, which can look horrible and dirty and some angles.

This is a picture of a RGB strip trying to display white.

and this is a single colour white LED strip.

Now if you are looking at LED fans then I cannot help, as I am not a fan of them.
I would suggest LED strips over fans as most LED fans light up the fan and a small area around then, while LED strips distribute the light more evenly.
