GTX 970.

It has 1 GB more VRAM than the 780 too (or 0.5 GB more Kappa)

970 is the better choice. Not too much difference in performance, but it runs cooler, has more vRAM and overclocks very well.

The performance is about the same, that being said for about the same price get the 970. If you can save a chunk of change get the 780.

970 is like 10% faster.
