you will be fine, but I would recommend that you go for a graphics card that is not the reference card as they have much better cooling.

i kind of want the reference card because it looks cooler and my build is mobile and has two side windows on each side so i kind of want it for showing off. i think this case would do right? http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-case-cc9011060ww

case should be fine, but it will be a tight build and there will be no noise dampening, so you might want to go for a card that runs silent at low usage or has better fans than the reference, becuse that one will be rather loud. Most of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&DEPA=0&Order=BESTMATCH&Description=gtx+970&N=-1&isNodeId=1 will likely be better in terms of noise, and in my opinion looks way cooler and is much better for showing off than the stock model.

edit: just looked at your build, and you may want to consider throwing in a 1tb + HDD just for game storage, considering that games these days can be 50GB+
