Any thoughts on Edifier C2X speakers? Or other ~100€ speakers?

Hi guys!

I'm looking for a cheap (but good) speakers for PC and PS3 under 100€ (I'm in France).
What's best? 2.1 or 2.0 systems? Logitech or Edifier? Anything else?

So I found those: Edifier C2X(D).

 

Are they worth their price?
If you guys have any advice, please let me know! :)
